Hey, I’m Andy 👋 Co-founder of Other Stuff. I’ve been building small businesses since I was 20, across both bits and atoms, including software, media, and physical products.

Across all of them, I’m interested in technology that gives people and smaller teams more capability, more control and greater freedom to pursue work on their own terms.

Other Stuff is a Product Studio. We work with SME business leaders to put AI agents to work inside their business in ways that increase margins, free up capital and reduce risk. Alongside our work with SMEs, we develop and release our own products.

We do that through Wingman, our orchestration environment for putting agents to work inside a business effectively alongside existing people, processes and tools. It gives teams a way to deploy agents into real workflows without replacing the tools they already use.

Alongside that, we build highly personalised software around the specific work a business needs done, giving SMEs access to software that fits the way they operate rather than forcing them into generic SaaS.

I also co-host Intelligence Snacks. It’s a podcast about how artificial intelligence is changing work, business, software and entrepreneurship. We discuss the tools we’re using, what we’re building, the ideas that matter and the ripple effects most people miss—from agents and automation to incentives and what humans should do next.
